The Hydrating Serum is the final stage of the lash lift application process also known as Step 3. This potent serum provides a dual function by closing the cuticle, removing residue, and active ingredients ensures hydration of the eyelashes after chemical processing.
This potent hydration cream is enriched with the following 9 functional ingredients; Hydrolyzed Keratin, Hydrolyzed Silk, Panthenol, Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Malva Sylvestris Flower, Aloe Barbadensis, Glycerin, Urtica Dioica  and Collagen.
