Ruthie Belle Easy Lift Eyelash Lamination Primer is the safest, scientifically based primer for eyelash and eyebrow lifting procedures.

Unlike traditional primers, which open the lash cuticle as quickly and destructively as a bolt of lightning, Easy Lift's method of action is specifically designed to slowly and gently open the cuticle - like a flower bud slowly opening its petals.

This ultra-gentle formula leaves lashes and brows soft, supple and flexible while allowing the cuticle to fully open. The result is evenly groomed lashes and brows every time!
