Ruthie Belle Lash & Brow Lift Fixing Lotion is a lamination solution intended for eyelash and eyebrow lifting procedures.
The fixing lotion lowers the pH level and neutralizes the effect of the lifting lotion. As a result, the cuticles close and "lock" the hair into its new shape.
Properties:

- does not dehydrate, leaving eyelashes and eyebrows healthy and strong
